General Information
Registered students will receive a password allowing them to access the course materials at any time. Students may access the lessons and content reviews, usage exercises, and reference pages as many times and as often as they wish.

Usage exercises and content reviews are completed online, and some assignments will be submitted directly to the instructor via e-mail. Students will receive instructor's feedback on submitted assignments via e-mail and/or the Discussion Area.

Within one week of completing the course, students will receive a final assessment of their performance from the instructor. Students who earn a grade of C or above can request, by regular mail, a certificate of completion.

  • Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher (or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 4 hours per week for assignments

    Refund Policy
    A student has three days to withdraw from a course for a full refund.
